What do I do when someone is making noise on purpose to get a reaction from me?

Hellooo,
Right now I am on the couch and my sister is making random loud noises and pulling the curtains so that the sunlight shines directly on my laptop to annoy me and get me to move. But what she does not know is that over the years, I have learned a lot about what she does and why she does them. Whenever we don't get along, she will do things that she knows annoys me to get a reaction from me. And from many experiences, i have learned that the best way to react is to not react and show her that it does not bother you. And when she realized that what she is doing is not bothering me, she will soon stop. I also learned that by me reacting to her, it is giving her power, which means that she wins. And when I don't react, she loses and I win.

Okay, so this is a blog I create to share some of my techniques that I learned from the situations that I have been in. If you have ever been around people who do things on purpose to try and annoy you, been picked on, or just trying to get you to react. Then you are at the right place. I know that I am no expert  and this blog made for me to express myself and hopefully give others advice.
